**What You’ll Do:
- Stay cool under pressure, quickly resolving customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Handle multiple tasks like a pro, whether it’s talking with a customer while updating our systems or helping them navigate self-service options.
- Record important details in our Salesforce CRM, ensuring every customer gets the care they deserve.

**What You’ll Bring:
- Great communication skills with the ability to adapt to different people and situations.
- The ability to multitask and keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in fast food, logistics, or any fast-moving industry is a big plus—but a can-do attitude is what matters most.
