They are a true multidisciplinary service provider covering Behaviour Support, Developmental Education, Allied Health & more who place a real emphasis on ensuring being fun, collaborative & allowing clinicians to flourish.

**About the role**
As the Clinical Lead of Developmental Education & Behaviour Support, you will utilise your leadership & skills to effectively manage a team of clinicians, provide training & supervision, managing resource requirements & overall ensuring the service is delivered to an exceptional standard to people living with a range of complex disabilities & issues.

**Key selection criteria**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Developmental Education or equivalent
- Full registration with DEAI
- Assessed by NDIS or self-assessed as a PBS practitioner (any level) or willingness to upskill and become registered
- Demonstrated experience in providing DE/Positive Behaviour Support Services to clients & a sound knowledge of the NDIS
- The ability to support and develop clinicians
