**About the Role**:
The Head to Health Immediate Access Clinical Lead plays a pivotal role in planning and coordinating the delivery of primary mental health services. This role leverages clinical and recovery-oriented expertise to ensure program outcomes are met, while providing clinical oversight, supervision, and leadership within a multidisciplinary team. The Clinical Lead is responsible for the safe allocation of resources, stakeholder engagement, and the continuous improvement of policies and processes to enhance service delivery. This position not only ensures high-quality mental health services but also promotes service awareness within the community, all while maintaining an appropriate caseload.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment;
- Minimum of five (5) years clinical practice in mental health treatment and care, preferably providing therapeutic treatment and/or case management and support
- Experience in working and supporting Peer Practice workforce
- Proven experience at a senior clinical level within the area of mental health service delivery
- Experience in successfully leading/coordinating a team of staff and working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team with the ability to inspire and facilitate team commitment and cooperation
- Demonstrated experience in preparation of reports with recommendations.
- Experience working across a range of Commonwealth and State funded mental health programs and ensuring program implementation in line with funding requirements and contracts

**Qualification and Other Requirements**:

- Drivers Licence
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Current registration with one of the following bodies:

- Social Workers - Registered member of the AASW and having AASW Mental Health Accreditation
- Psychologists - Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Registered Nurses - Registered with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses
- Occupational Therapists - Registered with the Australian Association of Occupational Therapists and AHPRA
- Relevant Leadership or Management Training is desired
