Our client, a well-established and leading distributor are seeking a capable and experienced Office Administrator/PA.
An exciting opportunity exists to join this dynamic business for a capable and component Office Administrator/PA to provide support to the National Sales Manager, including booking travel, processing expenses, ordering supplies, and coordinating meetings.
Central to your role will be the ability to support the National Sales Manager with a diverse range of projects and assisting with the day-to-day management of the office.
The ideal person for the job will come from a diverse background and be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. You will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers.
**Primarily you will assume all the below responsibilities**:
- Ø Providing support to the National Sales Manager anticipating needs and solving problems
- Ø Calendar, diary, and meeting management
- Ø Arranging travel when required
- Ø Ordering supplies
- Ø Expense Management
- Ø Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Ø Supply chain administration
- Ø Building effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Ø Prioritise daily workload
- Ø Handling activities and communications with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.

**About You**:
- Ø Extensive experience in administrative role
- Ø High level interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate to various high-level stakeholders
- Ø Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Ø The ability to build a high level of trust through maintaining confidentiality
- Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Ø Strong relationship building skills across all levels of the organisation
- Ø You are a proactive self-starter who can work with minimum supervision
- Ø Ability to proactively resolve issues before they evolve into problems
- Ø Able to work autonomously
