**About the Role**

This position reports directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Tritium Pty Ltd and is based in Murarrie, Brisbane.

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements on various platforms and job boards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Creating search firm packs and market maps for senior roles.
- Collaborate with the wider People and Culture team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training arrangements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

**About You**
- Proven work experience as a recruitment coordinator, HR assistant, or similar.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Highly motivated and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
