About the Opportunity
This Full time or Part time, ongoing position for a Reward, Reporting and Data Analyst within the People and Culture team attracts remuneration of $115,042 to $129,573 (HEW 8) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.

The aim of the People & Culture team, and its new supporting plan, is to articulate a vision for ECU to empower the talent and potential of our staff. Key Criteria
To be successful you will have experience in a similar role and will demonstrate experience in:
Reporting that delivers actionable insights for relevant stakeholders and/ or University committees.

Providing reward insights, guidance, and strategies through market research on industry compensation trends

Leading the implementation of critical initiatives and programs to deliver People processes and services.

Staying informed and current about market trends and technological advancements.

About you

**You will be able to demonstrate**:
Proven success in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including People & Culture and other central reporting teams regarding coordination, preparation, and delivery of data.

How you have made an impact and influenced in a constructive, proactive manner.

That you are flexible and adaptable to changing environments.

Proven experience in establishing modernised reporting and data frameworks and dashboards including compliance.

This role involves a blend of analytical skills, collaboration, and attention to detail.
