What you will be doing:

- Working with a team of experienced TA professionals at our Skygate office.. You don't need to come in every day either - the amount of WFH days is negotiable.
- Being an awesome talent acquisition specialist, you will be running the full recruitment cycle for your region including all the normal things like taking job briefs, advertising, screening, coordination of interviews as well as booking medicals and creating contracts. Don't worry if you haven't done medicals or contracts before, it's super easy with our system.
- Recruiting both blue-collar and white collar roles. The blue collar can be high volume but we are putting strategies in place to make this easier.
- Engaging regularly with your key stakeholder, this means getting on the phone and talking to them.
- Providing a high level of customer service to your stakeholders. Keeping them happy throughout the recruitment process is the key to success in this role.
- Using alternate recruitment platforms to find good people for our business. Seek Talent search, LinkedIn, and anything else you can think of. We're pretty open to new initiatives.
- Getting trained by a team that has over 45 years of combined experience in the recruitment game. There's 5 of us by the way.

About you:

- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, capable of dealing with all levels of the organisation
- Recruitment industry experience is preferred - but you might be a recruitment admin looking to step up, an agency recruiter who's over the sales side and enjoys the actual recruitment.
- Enjoy a laugh at work but still get the job done.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities. Each hiring manager believes their roles are the most critical, you know how to manage them to let them know that they really are number 1 for you.
- You know how to build strong rapport with your stakeholders. This will be done remotely as your region will be our Eastern region (NSW & ACT), so your video conferencing skills will be on point.
- Display exemplary customer service and relationship building skills to both internal and external stakeholders and strong influencing, consulting and advisory skills.
- Have a strong interest in using online platforms suck as SEEK Premium Talent Search for strategic sourcing and talent pooling initiatives
