We're looking for a dynamic and passionate Engineer to join our team at our Pinkenba site in Queensland This is your opportunity to lead the charge in delivering reliability-focused improvements across our systems, processes, equipment, and infrastructure.

• Identify and drive reliability improvement initiatives, including small-to-medium capital and non-capital projects.
• Evolve and optimize maintenance and reliability strategies and practices using SAP and GE Asset Performance Management (APM) systems.
• Address equipment issues with effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Oversee capital investment projects and manage change processes, leveraging both internal and external resources.
• Work alongside other project leaders, providing your expertise to enhance project delivery
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and site requirements across various disciplines.
• Assess processes and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
• Develop best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and quality

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally with experience in reliability engineering.
• Demonstrated project management experience, showcasing the ability to lead and execute projects effectively.
• Exposure to Computerised Maintenance Systems (CMMS),
• Familiarity with CAD or AutoCAD software is preferred to support design and engineering processes.
• Exceptional analytical and technical skills, enabling effective problem-solving and data interpretation.
• Proven ability to think innovatively and adapt to changing circumstances and challenges in the workplace.
