**The Opportunity**

The National Manager - Data Engineering will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data engineering solutions across Ramsay Health Care Australia.
- Have a deep understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, data integration, ETL processes and could-based technologies
- Provide leadership for all data solutions and lead a team of data engineers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data products
- Managing a team of data professionals including data engineers and DBAs

**About You**

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Business, Statistics, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Data Engineering and/or Data Management field
- Experience in Data Domains and Models, Data Pipeline Development, Data Cleansing and Linkage, Data Marts / Data Warehouses / Data Lakes / Lake Houses
- Understanding of the data and cloud architecture and its implications of delivering value to the organisation
- Agile mindset and behaviours to adapt to a fast-moving data landscape

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in the health sector
- Sound business and commercial acumen
- A strong understanding of data marketplace and key providers within the market
