The National Dealing Manager is responsible for the all dealer and client-related matters that fall under the dealing purview. Such matters include but are not limited to, correct management of clients Forex exposures, payments, margin call collection, client relationship, management of dealer behaviors, KPI's and revenue targets. All the above should be monitored and managed by the National Dealing Manager until escalation is required, to the Chief Operating Officer. The National Dealing Manager should lead by example when managing their own personal dealer book, showing the appropriate behaviors that are to be instilled in the broader dealing team.
The role importantly seeks to manage retention of clients so that the business can establish and keep consistent core revenue across the dealing team, whilst also assisting the sales function of the business to help close new business opportunities. The National Dealing Manager will look closely at client trading behaviors, market conditions and identify risks of potential client retention loss. Monitoring these closely and being proactive in implementing ringfencing tactics to retain clients where necessary.
The National Dealing Manager will look to create an environment where the dealing team is motivated in a competitive but enjoyable environment that instills professional and ambitious behaviors onto its team members.

**Dealer Responsibilities**
- Monitor market conditions
- Foster new client relationships.
- Establish tailored dealing strategies for clients to generate consistent core revenue monthly.
- Achieve KPI Targets (revenue, client retention etc).
- Perform responsible FX risk management process, procedure, and strategies.
- Management of client credit exposure and margin call collection.

**Management Responsibilities**
- Responsible for national dealing team budget.
- Management and tracking of team KPI's to achieve revenue targets.
- Create a culture and environment that promotes professional behaviors and attitudes that help achieve dealing team targets.
- Identify 'ringfence' opportunities, raise it to credit and management.
- Responsible for implementing, managing, and enforcing appropriate FX risk management process, procedure, and strategies.
- Training and development of new dealers.
- Create incentives to manage and improve team performance.
- Drive retention, adoption and active usage of FX, Platform and Payments services.
