**About the Role**

Are you passionate about crafting impactful marketing campaigns and driving business growth? Join PTC Phone Tech & Comm, a leader in mobile repair services and electronic accessories, as our **Marketing Specialist**.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the head office and local teams to plan, execute, and optimise marketing initiatives, ensuring our brand continues to thrive in NSW.

**In This Role, You Will**
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our top-ranked mobile repair services and electronic accessories, achieving sales targets in Charlestown and beyond.
- Advise on campaign strategies by highlighting affordable prices, exceptional service, and broad product offerings to attract target consumers and elevate brand effectiveness.
- Oversee NSW campaigns, including poster placement, brochure distribution, limited-time promotions, and social media advertising, all within budget.
- Analyse sales and inventory data to identify consumer preferences, evaluate product performance, and refine marketing strategies.
- Investigate smartphone trends and common repair issues to tailor marketing strategies and improve product offerings.
- Evaluate accessory sales trends, collect feedback, and support managers in forecasting, KPI development, pricing, and product mix recommendations.
- Manage and enhance social media platforms to share mobile knowledge, address common questions, and attract new customers.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve services and introduce new products tailored to Charlestown’s customer base.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to optimise procurement strategies and improve cost efficiency.
- Provide training to marketing staff to ensure successful execution of the latest strategies.

**What We're Looking for**
- Proven experience in marketing, campaign management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, team-focused mindset with a drive for results.
