UNITE is about delivering 'one best way' to make our processes, systems and tech simpler so we can deliver a better experience for our customers and make things easier for our people. - **On-site Requirement**:3-4 days in the office per week - **Why On-site?**This is a highly collaborative position involving regular face-to-face workshops and close team interaction, making in-office presence essential. **What’s the role?** As a Product Owner, you’ll perform and lead business analysis tasks for the Retail and Digital Transition Transformation office. - Support the overall product strategy by collaborating with the Service Owner or, where needed, representing the customer voice to guide product direction. - This role will play a crucial part of the UNITE Retail and Digital Transition team. This role will be focused on designing and building out the Banker servicing experience onto our ONE Banker platform - Digital Banker. - Build strong relationships with stakeholders, balancing customer needs and business goals to shape meaningful product features. - Refine product benefits throughout delivery, helping realise business outcomes and maintain a competitive edge in the market. - Ensure the product aligns with divisional and group strategies, while meeting legal, compliance, and business control requirements. - Champion customer-centred design by understanding diverse customer lifestyles and financial needs and sharing insights with the development team. - Own and manage the product backlog, prioritising high-value items, supporting quality delivery, and fostering collaboration across teams and partners. **What do I need?** - Experience in banking/financial services with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities. - Experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Project Management, or consulting, with a strong foundation in leading product or service delivery. - Proven ability to collaborate with frontline teams such as branch networks, call centres, or operations, with a deep understanding of their perspectives and needs. - Background in developing new products or digital experiences, with a focus on innovation and customer impact. - Exposure to large-scale transformation or simplification programs, contributing to meaningful change across systems or services. **Why join us?** We’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
