As a Credit Controller, you’ll play a key role in managing credit risk, ensuring revenue assurance, and maintaining strong cashflow. You’ll be responsible for timely invoicing, collections, payment allocations, and query resolution for Linfox’s external stakeholders.- Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage stakeholder ledgers, send weekly statements, and recover overdue debt within agreed KPIs.
- Achieve a minimum 96% collection rate for team and individual ledgers.
- Cover incoming calls and queries via the AR inbox; act as first point of contact for the OTC Department.
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable ledger daily and allocate customer payments.
- Upload Invoices into External Portals and monitor for payment
- Attend weekly debtor reviews
- Adhere to Linfox’s Code of Conduct and promote a safe working environment.-
- About you:

- Minimum Secondary Education; Finance/Accounting training or qualifications highly desirable.
- At least 1 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Management
- SAP experience or similar enterprise ERP exposure.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, fair credit practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated teamwork and ability to collaborate to resolve issues.-
