Role Description
We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant & Back Office Specialist in a part-time on-site role based in Essendon, VIC to join our growing team. In this role, you'll handle a broad range of accounting and administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting and assist with annual statements and controlling report.
- Process customer orders, invoices, credit notes, and service billings across hardware, software, and maintenance contracts.
- Maintain accurate customer and supplier records while ensuring smooth order and billing workflows.
- Handle HR administration tasks such as employee onboarding/offboarding, time tracking, leave management, and travel expense processing.
- Assist management with reporting, process optimization, and decision-making support.

: Strong accounting and administrative background, ideally with experience in ERP or similar systems. - Competences and methodical skills:
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Language skills:
You are able to bring your expertise using the English language, both verbally and in written form. Speaking German is a plus. - Communication skills:
