**About the Organisation**
Risk Management Institution of Australasia (RMIA) is the professional institution and industry association for Risk Managers in the Asia Pacific Region. The RMIA provides their members with cutting-edge education and professional development and gives their members the opportunity to network within the Australasian and global risk management communities.
**About the Role**
As the Marketing & Events Executive, you will execute marketing campaigns and promotional material for RMIA’s events, programs, and initiatives. You will implement marketing plans and create engaging marketing content through various channels. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of their events and training programs, you will be required to manage relationships with a range of key stakeholders to deliver a successful event.
**About the Person**
This person will have a passion for marketing and events. You will be driven, and motivated, and have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will be a professional that is willing to learn and puts creative ideas forwards. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Develop & deliver marketing content & collateral across all channels eg. e-newsletters, website, social media etc
- Execute marketing campaigns & promotion of events & training courses
- End-to-end logístical management of National & Chapter events i.e. liaising with speakers, catering, etc
- Analyse & report on digital analytics, events & engagement performance
- Engage with internal & external stakeholders
- Conduct administrative and Ad hoc duties as required
**To be successful you will have**:
- Previous experience in a marketing or events role
- Confidence & strong interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
- Experience creating marketing content or promoting events
- Excellent attention to detail & a willingness to learn
- Result-driven & goal orientated with a strong work ethic
- A team player with a collaborative working style
