**Qualifications**

**What do we hope you'll bring?**
- You need the legal right to live and work in Australia.
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA).
- Ideally have at least a year or two of professional experience as an Educator (Have more than that? Or just starting out, we'd love to hear from you too)
- Current Employee level Working with Children Check and Police Check dated within last 6 months. (International Police check if you have lived outside Australia more than 3 months in past 5 years).
- Current nationally recognised CPR, First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications.
- Be able to partake in documentation - observations, learning stories and some planning.
- Be passionate, caring and empathetic to all children’s individual needs.
- Ability to work within a team environment and take initiative
- Familiarity with the Quality Standards and the EYLF, as well as current early childhood regulations.
- A willingness to step up and want to develop professionally and gain knowledge.
