To support our continual growth, we are searching for a Recruitment Advisor to join our Personnel team. This part-time position is 0.6 FTE in Belmont, with flexible work arrangements.

**About the opportunity**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Creating and posting SEEK advertisements in line with the hiring managers requests

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years’ experience in Recruitment or a similar role
- Prior experience utilising SharePoint
- Prior JobAdder use deemed advantageous
- Clear and concise communication skills - both written and verbal

**Who we are**

Norwest Personnel is a part of the Norwest Group and provides labour solutions to the crane industry. Working across the shutdown circuit, we provide labour to various Tier One mining clients. Our expectations of our employees are high, and we strive to upskill and develop strong teams within the business.

Within the extended Norwest Group, we have both Norwest Crane Hire and NGL Projects. Norwest Crane Hire operates in the Pilbara and delivers various crane and labour solutions across the shutdown circuit and project work at Tier One mining clients. NGL Projects is an international project logistics company providing seamless door to door freight solutions across air, land and sea.
