Urgently Needing Support Workers

Supporting a male in his 30's with Autism LVL2

Support participants in Personal Care, Community Acceess, Advocacy, Light Cleaning ,Gardening etc

**What we're looking for**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities
- MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM and happy to take client swimming weekly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- A warm, patient, and energetic approach to care delivery
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong English

NDIS Modules
Drivers License and car
Minimum 2 years experience with 2 refs
First Aide and CPR
WWCC
Relevant Qualifications
