**About the Company**
Our large NSW State Government client functions as a service provider to support sustainable government finances, major public works and maintenance programs, government procurement, information and technology, corporate shared services, consumer protection as well as land and property administration.
**About the Role**
They are currently seeking multiple professional and empathetic Customer Service Officers to join their team in Goulburn. This is an estimated 6-week temporary assignment, with a potential to extend. You will be required to work 8:30am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Manager, you will be required to deliver transactional services that provide timely and accurate information assistance to NSW customers whilst ensuring high levels of service delivery and customer experience.
In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties
- Deliver professional and empathetic frontline customer service
- Manage a busy inbox, escalate complex enquiries
- Triage and respond to basic enquiries, utilising templates to support generate informed correspondence
- Operate telephony system
- Capture, process, and lodge accurately customer information and requests into the database
- Manage and maintain customer accounts
- Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints
- Foster a positive experience for all customers
- Maintain up to date knowledge of processes and technology, contribute to improvement initiatives
- Foster a positive team environment
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following
- Demonstrated Administration and Customer Service experience
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional, resilient and confident with a customer service delivery focus
- Solid conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS office suite and Salesforce
- Capable to stand on your feet for a full 7hour shift
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
