About the role:

- Working for EIH Care within the community and supporting participants in their own homes, within the community and in our SIL houses.
- Supporting clients during the morning/afternoon/night
- You will be involved in the clients' evening and morning routines
- Completing household tasks such as cleaning, ironing, laundry during the night shifts
- Flexibility to work with short notice providing coverage for staff who are unable to work on the same day or week
- **Mainly Community Participation taking the client shopping in the community and doing light domestic duties in her home.**

- Experience working in the disability sector
- Driver's license and own a car
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid/CPR certificate
- High intensity experience is a MUST
- Manual handling/PEG feeding experience is a MUST
- Hoist experience is a MUST
- Bowel therapy experience
- Flexibility and willingness to work at night time
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
- Current Police check/certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Covid-19 vaccine

To be considered for this opportunity you must have a legal entitlement to work in Australia.

**Shifts are**
- Monday: 11am-3pm
- Wednesday: 1pm-5pm
- Thursday: 2:30-5:30pm
- Friday: 9am-1pm
- Sunday: 9am-1pm

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
