This traineeship, located at Ipswich, will see you working full time as the first point of contact for all customers and their banking needs. Gain paid, industry experience within a supportive team and receive allocated study time to achieve a nationally recognised
**Certificate III in Financial Services**.

Upon successful completion of this traineeship, you could transition into direct employment through Westpac or progress into roles such as Team Leader, Loan Specialist and Personal Bank Advisor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers and offer exceptional service

- Strong work ethic; punctual and reliable
