**The Role**

We are seeking an energetic and genuine team player to join our friendly staff in the Riverlink branch. This is great opportunity for someone who is looking for an opportunity to start a career in the finance industry or who is looking for a good work/life balance.

As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.

This is a full time 12-month contract position, based on a 38 hour work week. The successful applicant will also be required to work at any branch within the Ipswich region as required.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated sales experience
- Cash handling experience
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills
- A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
- High attention to detail
- Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
- Experience in the Finance Industry (desirable)
