The Opportunity
**The responsibilities will also include**:
Leading and inspiring a committed team of approximately 350 staff delivering world class educational and wellbeing outcomes for students across Years 7 to 12.
Promoting a culture of high expectations and achievement for all students, including those with diverse learning needs.
Demonstrating strategic, collaborative and empathetic leadership in a large and complex urban setting, while driving continuous improvement in all aspects of school operations.
Fostering a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity, equity and respect.
Valuing the opportunity to foster and maintain a strong connection within the local community, including staff, School Council Members, Parents and Citizen Association and key community and industry stakeholders.
Valuing the opportunity to build on the school's legacy and nurturing partnerships with other state schools to support students, teachers and colleagues, in alignment with the department's Equity and Excellence priorities.
