What is the role?

As the Arcade Manager for our Kingpin North Strathfield venue, you will lead our Arcade team and Guest Service Attendants with a hands-on, collaborative and engaging style. Have FUN whilst working by playing our games, ensuring they are the best in the industry through high attention to detail for their presentation and performance. Take merchandising to the next level and help make our prize shop a treasure trove of wonders for every guest through smart ordering and visual merchandising practices. You will be supported by, and provide support to, the Venue Manager and Operations Manager to create a REMARKABLE guest experience, after all #WeAreRoyal
Who are you?
- A hands on & effective leader with sound knowledge of running a fast-paced food guest/customer focused business

- Strong understanding of stock management & able to run a slick stocktake operation
