What you will be doing
- Manage all RHF Value for Money Assessments, including financial monitoring, timely reporting, and achieving agreed targets.
- Assist in developing and implementing required frameworks and procedures to ensure efficient and effective Value for Money delivery across the program.
- Proactively manage operational outcomes to ensure client satisfaction with targets, reporting, and budgets.
- Establish and maintain Senior Management relationships with client agencies and stakeholders to support program delivery improvements.
- Identify measures of continual improvement and output performance through value for money analysis.
- Collaborate with the Principal Project Manager to ensure effective communication mechanisms are implemented across the program.
- Mentor customer-facing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Occasional travel for training or stakeholder engagement may be required.

What we are looking for
- Demonstrated experience in managing escalated customer inquiries and complaints, with a track record of effective resolution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in mentoring, coaching, and implementing development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Experience in Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimating.
- Ability to interpret plans and resilient building strategies.
- Experience working within the building industry, either in a trade-based role or design/engineering.
