Our client is a US-based business that are scaling rapidly and looking to increase their head count within Australia. Having raised over $25million from top venture capital firms and winning multiple awards for their app, this is an exciting time to join them on their journey.

Remote working within Australia is on offer with the preference of working hours to be aligned to Australian Eastern Timezone. As well as a competitive salary and attractive equity options

**The Role**

This is a high-impact role reporting into the Head of Engineering. Responsibilities include:

- People Management - development of engineering team members, hiring, coaching and mentoring and succession management
- Managing backend, web and/or mobile technology roadmap
- Owning the delivery of technical initiatives

**Your Profile**

We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in the following:

- 6+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 3+ years of Technical leadership experience
- Experience in one of the following:.NET, Swift, Kotlin
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to drive initiatives and take ownership
