Little Sparrow is a boutique sophisticated restaurant & café group that provides award winning specialty coffee, freshly baked products and a large variety of breakfast and lunch options using local produce.

We’re looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join our team at Little Sparrow Highpoint

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A friendly people-person with a positive attitude
- Someone who can work under pressure and think on their feet
- A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with customers
- Must have 2+ years experience in specialty coffee.

**Roster & Availability**:

- We operate 7 days a week (shopping centre hours)
- Must be available for a rotating roster, including weekends

**Location**: Little Sparrow - Highpoint Shopping Centre
**Note**: Only applicants currently residing in Australia will be considered.
