As the Head Barista, you will be the cornerstone of our café, responsible for not only crafting high-quality beverages but also for inspiring and leading our team. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control**: Maintain and enforce the highest standards for coffee preparation, presentation, and taste.
- **Team Leadership**: Train, mentor, and motivate baristas to achieve their best performance, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure all customers receive friendly, prompt, and attentive service, addressing any issues with a professional and courteous approach.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee daily café operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness.
- **Problem Solving**: Handle customer complaints and operational challenges swiftly and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a barista, with at least 3 years experience behind the machine.
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
