As a Parts and Service Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to enhance dealer performance and ensure our brands stay ahead of the curve. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the mastermind behind the planning, coordination, and execution of our products and services. You’ll develop and communicate the strategic roadmap for our Dealer Management System (DMS), ensuring Lexus and Toyota remain competitive and our dealers perform at their best. Based in the vibrant Tune Project Office, you’ll support the dealer network, helping us achieve our sales, market share, and digital objectives. This is a Full-time permanent opportunity based at Port Melbourne. How you’ll make an impact- Strategic Development: You’ll be the visionary behind Lexus and Toyota Australia’s DMS development roadmap, crafting and implementing strategies that align with our Franchise of the Future (FOF) objectives. Your work will ensure we stay ahead of the curve and achieve our ambitious goals.- Expert Advice: Guide managers on DMS policies and standards, keeping an eye on current and future trends.- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate forums to maintain a product backlog aligned with our DMS roadmap, ensuring clear communication of progress and priorities.- Operational Excellence: Review and implement operational practices to boost part sales and KPI achievement, identifying opportunities and countermeasures.- Relationship Management: Foster strategic partnerships, resolve complex issues, and improve business processes to support franchise development and expansion.- Customer Champion: Providing specialist support to our customers, you’ll identify risks and opportunities, improving customer satisfaction and ensuring they get the most out of our DMS.
