**What we are looking for**

We are looking for a customer-centric hospitality legend to join our team at Huxtaburger Footscray in a shift supervisor position. You'll be highly motivated to make an impact, not afraid to bring great ideas to the table and a true people person whose priority is to ensure every customer is getting the Huxta experience we're known for. This position will see you running shifts day-to-day, whilst learning the ins and outs of managing inventory whilst on shift.
- Experience in floor/kitchen management, leading a service; executing 100% standards around quality, service and cleanliness
- Understand the importance of pre-shifts, peak hours, non-peak hours and pre-close procedures.
- Confidence in giving team feedback and consistent coaching
- Ability to help roll out national marketing campaigns
- Have a flair for customer service and engagement, more importantly though, being able to coach your team the same high standards
- Have confidence, character and a commitment to continuous improvement Commitment to growing the restaurant with us

**Salary**: $20.33 - $37.14 per hour
