The Opportunity

You will make an impact by providing support in maintaining records and ensuring quality document management. This includes assisting with the document execution process, accurate and timely management of information both in physical and electronic form, including determining the best method of capturing and disseminating information. Your experience will enable you to effectively support the day-to-day operations of the Knowledge Management team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

Success in this role is achieved by the ability to work with a diverse range of personalities, take initiative and work autonomously yet collaboratively whilst assuming full responsibility for completion of tasks.

In addition:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with records/information management systems and numerical entry.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong initiative and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across all business levels.
