**About this role**:
An Associate, you’ll be working with other seniors and clients on key projects. This role will have a particular focus on the public projects.**Key Responsibilities**
- Shaping and influencing the design aspects of public/ civic projects
- Associate level, confident team leader on multiple projects
- Talented designer, able to partner with a Director to develop design ideas
- Large scale master planning across Education or Public sector projects
- Strong design, visual and written communication skills
- Confident presenting to clients, design leadership focused
- Sound mentor skills for more junior employees
- Involvement in the day-to-day client project relationship management
- Design focused, with a proven track record in design phases

**Skills and Experience**
- Extensive (8+ years) post-graduate experience working within high quality practices
- Experience on large scale, public projects is essential
- Design communication skills to convey design concepts through imagery and diagrams
- Experience large projects teams on national or international projects from design to construction
- Interest in business development
- Architectural qualifications to a post-graduate level or equivalent
- Revit essential
- A true team player who can engage a team and work successfully within a collaborative environment
