**About the role**

We are a building group seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for providing a range of property maintenance and repair services to our clients.

**What you'll be doing**
- Perform general property maintenance and repairs and maintenance tasks
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner and complete tasks efficiently
- Identify any issues or potential problems and provide recommendations for solutions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Report on the condition of the property
- Liaise with clients and property managers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

- Strong practical skills and knowledge of property maintenance and repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality workmanship

- Handyman: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)
