The Role

We are seeking an experienced Concretor with carpentry and handyman experience to join our team for building and maintenance projects. This is an immediate start opportunity for a highly motivated, hands-on professional who enjoys variety and takes pride in their work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and pouring concrete for slabs, footings, paths, and other structures
  • Finishing, leveling, and curing concrete to high standards
  • Installing ramps and performing other disability modifications
  • Supporting public housing upgrade projects and government building maintenance
  • General carpentry and handyman works as required
  • Completing condition and site reports as needed
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven concreting experience (slabs, footings, paths, and finishes)
  • Experience with disability modifications and ramp construction
  • Carpentry or handyman skills to complement concreting expertise
  • Experience in preparing condition or site reports
  • White Card and current driver's licence (essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • (Additional trade tickets, experience with formwork, reinforcement, machinery, or a Builder's Licence highly regarded)
