Are you passionate about natural health and wellness? We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Retail Naturopath to join our team and help customers discover the benefits of natural remedies and holistic health solutions.

**Position**: Retail Naturopath
**Location**: Health Nuts
**Employment Type**: Full-time Casual / Part-time Casual

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to customers on natural health products, supplements, and remedies.
- Assist customers in selecting products that align with their health needs and wellness goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest natural health trends, products, and research to ensure accurate and reliable advice.
- Educate customers on the benefits and proper use of natural therapies, including herbal remedies, vitamins, and nutrition.
- Promote a variety of holistic health products, including herbs, essential oils, teas, and wellness supplements.
- **Maintain knowledge of store inventory,** product features, and sales promotions to drive customer satisfaction.
- Create an inviting and supportive environment that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

- A qualification in Naturopathy (e.g., diploma or degree) or equivalent experience in the field of natural health.
- Strong knowledge of herbal medicine, nutrition, supplements, and holistic wellness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and understand their health needs.
- A passion for helping others improve their health and well-being through natural remedies.
- Retail experience or a background in customer service is highly desirable.
- Clinic experience necessary.
- A proactive, friendly, and approachable attitude, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
