**Café Manager**

Are you a dynamic and energetic individual with a passion for coffee, customer service, and managing fast-paced environments? We’re looking for a dedicated Café Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers

**Position**: Café Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the café to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas and staff to maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
- Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and stock control.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
- Monitor financial performance, track expenses, and maintain budget goals.
- Manage staff schedules, provide training, and encourage professional development.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere.
- Promote café sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

- Proven experience in café management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A passion for coffee, food, and providing a positive customer experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a café setting.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
