**Then come and join our global team as Service Team Leader in Queensland. **Reporting into the Customer Service Manager for Queensland, the primary responsibility of the Team Leader is to support and enhance our customer experience by leading an experienced Diagnostic Imaging technical service team in Regional Queensland.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Quality and Safety is a key responsibility of all our employees and as a Team Leader you will ensure that this focus is upheld and work with the relevant stakeholders to support process improvements.
- You will be an excellent communicator with the ability and focus on mentoring, coaching and leader of your team ensuring that they achieve their full potential in professional growth.
- You will work with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure that our customer obligations are achieved, and you will take ownership of escalations.
- You will be passionate about healthcare and work towards supporting the growth and customer satisfaction of our business.

**Your qualifications and experience**:
This position will involve travel and you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
