**About the role**

A great opportunity to support our national workforce team by providing rostering operations support on a casual basis.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Establish and publish operational rosters for every service ensuring to align with customer, award, operational and financial needs and parameters
- Actioning of leave and replacements
- Actioning temporary shift changes in line with award rules, operational needs, budgets and financial targets
- Filling of vacant shifts, including engagement with agency in line with operational needs and financial targets
- Supporting the identification of roster gaps and challenges
- Contributing to and supporting the continuous improvement of the organisation’s culture, policy, teams, processes, systems, training and ways of working

**About You**
- Experience in the management of rostering and resourcing in 24/7 operations
- Sound knowledge and experience in business systems, especially Emplive, Whispir & Genesys (desirable)
- Ability to identify and report on issues/trends in relation to rostering and problem solve
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask through active listening and excellent record keeping
- Ability to de-escalate a difficult call and influence outcomes whilst staying resilient
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver balanced outcomes across customer, financial and workforce perspectives
- Industry experience (desirable)
