**Accountability & Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the Enterprise Technology inbox and promptly perform any actions required
- Regular reporting and tracking opportunities to reduce waste/increase value
- Lead software enhancement projects from conception to deployment and training

**Who you are**:

- Have a background and interest in Information Technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, Proactive, Pragmatic, and Resilient
- Highly organized with the ability to perform administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Commercially astute with the ability to track spending and reduce subscription wastage
- Great communicator - able to coordinate issue resolution or develop solutions between multiple people both internally and externally
- Experience in MS Powerpoint/Excel/Outlook
- Prefer Windows over Mac
- Desire for learning and continuous improvement
