**The opportunity**

As we continue expanding across Australia, we now have exciting opportunities as Assistant Centre Coordinator to join our team, oversee centre operations, work with students and parents and manage a team of Instructors at our centres across Sydney.

**_Responsibilities_**
- Day-to-day operations and manage all aspects of the centre
- Screen, hire, train, motivate and develop instructors for maximum student engagement and efficiency
- Manage a team of Instructors to deliver instruction that aligns with Mathnasium Methodology
- Successfully sell the Mathnasium program, build relationships with parents, and achieve optimal customer satisfaction
- Administer Mathnasium curriculum through the student assessment and diagnosis, development of learning plans and documentation of progress

**_Requirements_**
- Strong sales and marketing experience
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Passion for education and interacting with students and parents
- Teaching or tutoring experience is desirable

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
