**Position**

Due to company growth, the newly created position of Implementation Account Manager is now available.

You will carry out the below:

- Manage new accounts through the onboarding period
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Train new customers on systems and processes
- Identify growth opportunities while collaborating with the sales team
- Direct point of contact for clients in the portfolio
- Ensure client account retention

The role is part of the New Business Team that service new clients nationally as the first point of contact for all customers and therefore is an integral team within the business.

- Prior experience in an Account Manager/Project Manager/SAAS implementation role preferably with a Supply Chain focus
- Available for full time employment with standard Monday to Friday office hours

- Strong written and communication skills
