We are seeking a dynamic and proactive **Head of Project Delivery** to lead our project management function. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the successful and timely delivery of all projects across the business, establishing and maintaining governance controls, providing comprehensive reporting, and supporting project managers in achieving business objectives.

**Leadership and Strategy**
- Lead the project management team, providing strategic direction and daily guidance.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices.
- Align project delivery with organizational goals and objectives.

**Project Delivery**
- Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project success.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ensuring project managers adhere to established timelines and deliverables.

**Governance and Reporting**
- Establish and maintain robust governance controls across all projects.
- Develop and manage project reporting systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.

**Support and Development**
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project managers, fostering their professional growth.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance project management skills within the team.
- Promote a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Represent the project management function in executive meetings and discussions.

**Operational Excellence**
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
- Drive the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance project delivery efficiency.

**Qualifications** Essential Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required**
- Formal qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in delivering multidisciplinary projects (i.e., not just IT projects).
- Strong understanding of the dental services industry is an advantage.

**Preferred**
- Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
