Alloy Bearings is a rapidly growing, 4th generation family business, with a reputation for quality and dependability. We bring decades of specialist experience and knowledge to plain bearing issues. This includes condition and failure assessment, through to refurbishment, manufacture, replacement, and upgrade solutions. Our bearings support critical rotating machinery (such as propulsion drivetrains, large turbines, sag mills etc.) for corporate and government clients all over the place.

**What Were We're Looking For**:

- Strong network and social media presence and extensive knowledge of the Australian Defence and / or Mining sectors, including key players and industry dynamics.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on the Defence and / or Mining industries.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and industry leaders.
- High level of self-motivation, independence, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using and maintaining CRM software and sales tools.
- Availability and willingness to travel as required.
