**Role Intro**:
You will manage all Contact Centre administration and maintain effective 1st line AML/CTF monitoring of business accounts and oversight of processes for Greater Bank.

As the Business Support Team Leader, you will be a trusted advisor for the business and will develop and maintain a robust system and approach to the monitoring of new business accounts opened and ongoing AML/CTF compliance obligations and controls around business accounts.

**What are we looking for?**
- Diploma or higher education qualification in a relevant field such as Business and/or Administration (desirable)
- Strong influence and leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of AML/CTF as it relates to business entities
- Strong decision making skills and demonstrated ability to make timely and practical decisions in the best interest of customers
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- A continuous improvement mindset and be willing to challenge the status quo

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Contribute to and implement the Sales, Marketing & Distribution strategic plan and business plan in line with the Greater Bank strategy
- Contribute to the development and implement commercially orientated Contact Centre and Retail Sales practices to ensure continuous improvement and competitive advantage
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders and contribute to the delivery of projects within Sales, Marketing & Distribution
- Take action to identify and act on operational improvements across the business
- Support the Sales, Marketing & Distribution Division with the implementation of OCDD & ECDD and management of timeline
- Keep abreast of changes to legislation, rules, guidance, and regulatory developments with respect to AML/CTF business entities
- Build team and individual capabilities so the teams have the right capability for future growth
- Seek to understand the needs of internal and external customers and takes action to optimise the customer experience
- Handle complex customer problems as required and provide supporting evidence that delivers effective outcomes
