**About the Role**

We're looking for responsible, cheerful part-time floor staff who enjoy providing friendly service and being part of a lively ramen shop.

**Working Hours**:

- Lunch : 10:30 - 14:30
- Dinner : 16:30 - 20:30
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
- Flexible scheduling (you can discuss preferred days)
- Bus stop nearby (Last bus around 19:30)

**Hiring Process**
- Start with a 2-hour unpaid trial shift to access suitability
- Followed by a 1-week paid training period
- After training, begin regular employment

**Employment Conditions**
- **Restaurant Industry Award 2020 - Intro rate (**currently **$24.28 / hour)**:

- Pay review and possible increase after 3 months
- **3-month trial period** - during this time, either the employer or employee may end employment with short notice in accordance with Fair Work rules
- Start with **casual**, with option to move to **part-time employment** after the trial
- Superannuation and entitlements per Fair Work Australia
- Free staff meals during shifts
- Kitchen training available if desired
- Can work 3 months or longer
- Responsible, punctual, and cooperative
- Friendly toward customers and team members
- Can communicate in basic English (Japanese skills welcome, but not mandatory)

- Transition to **part-time**employment
- Award-based salary matching role/experience
