Sales Specialist for Fall Protection in Personal

**Job Description**:
Role and Responsibility- Achieve Fall protection Sales Targets for QLD territory- Development and implementation of sales plan to manage Distributors and End User accounts in territory- Work with National Sales Manager and broader sales team to achieve overall Personal Safety Division (PSD) Goals in QLD Territor- Travel as required for National/Regional Sales Meetings, Operations Meetings, Strategic Planning, training at Head Office in Sydney.-
- This position requires the ability to utlilise the Fall Protection demonstration trailer including set up and pack down.- This role requires the willingness and ability to work safely at heights. Successful applicant will be provided with training appropriate to this requirement by 3M Training organisation.- Minimum of 5 days annual leave to be taken Christmas/New Year period or as directed by senior management

Qualification- Bechelor's degree or above.- High capability of computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel analysis & Powerpoint required- Strong selling and key account management skills- Strong verbal communication skills- Excellent Presentation Skills- Attention to detail- Confident manner with internal team and external customers- Problem solving ability & resourcefully innovative in order to fulfil customers requirements- Knowledge of Industrial products or terminology an advantage

Preferred- Minimum 3 years in Professional Sales Role- Experience in a PPE/Safety Sales Role preferred, specific Fall Protection experience an advantage- Strong and consistent recent sales results- Demonstrated experience within a Professional Sales role
