Receptionist

**(HEO3) $62,494 - $70,860 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.**

**Fixed-term, full-time position available until December 2025**

**We are seeking a Receptionist with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.**

This position is responsible for front desk reception at our office 250 North Terrace. The role requires delivering a high standard of customer service to both internal and external customers. It also serves as the central point for all incoming and outgoing deliveries and liaises with courier companies as required.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
- Experience in operating a reception area and triaging incoming phone calls.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data and maintain confidentiality.
- A commitment to building and maintaining a service and innovation culture that delivers and exceeds stakeholders’ expectations and reflects our institutional value of excellence.
