We are currently on the lookout for an experienced and inspirational Store Manager to lead and manage our brand new outlet store in Spencer St.

You will be responsible for coaching, developing and leading a team to deliver above and beyond service and drive store performance to achieve outstanding results.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Retail Store Management experience in a fast-paced environment with a minimum of 1-3 years leadership experience
- Hands on and strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards.
- Exposure to stock management.
- Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties.
- Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets.
- High personal standards in providing superior customer service
