Sacca’s Fine Foods is seeking a reliable and motivated **Kitchen Hand** to join our dedicated Pastry Production team at our Broadmeadows facility. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established food production environment focused on quality and consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Operate and clean the dishwasher, ensuring it is kept in excellent working condition
- Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist with basic food preparation as required
- Support the team with general kitchen duties and cleaning tasks

**Requirements**:

- Weekend availability is essential
- Daytime shifts only
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food production environment is preferred but not essential
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
