**About Us**:
Army’s BBQ is an exciting new food truck concept combining Texas-style BBQ with Lebanese-inspired cuisine. We’re passionate about delivering mouthwatering, smoked brisket, grilled meats, and authentic flavors to our customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced chef to join our team and help us create unforgettable meals for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the food truck and lead a small team
- Oversee service, stock, prep, and pack-up
- Ensure food quality, speed, and consistency
- Handle in-person and Uber Eats orders
- Step in and solve issues as they come up

**Requirements**:

- Experience in hospitality, kitchens, or food trucks
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and hands-on
- Basic food safety knowledge (preferred)

Bonus Points:

- Experience with BBQ or interest in learning
- Own transport or living nearby
- Looking to grow with a fast-expanding business

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
